2021 Better Process Control School

In order to be in compliance with USDA and FDA regulations food manufacturers of low-acid or acidified foods must operate at all times under the supervision of a person who has attended a Better Process Control School.

Fees

• $725 per person Acidified Foods and Low Acid Canned Foods (3 days)
• $600 per person Acidified Foods only (first 2 days)
Registration fees include tuition, textbook, lunch, and breaks. Parking is free.

Transportation to Fayetteville

The closest airport is Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) located about 20 miles from the Don Tyson Center and nearby hotels. Taxis, rental cars, and ride share options are all available for transportation from the airport to Fayetteville.

Certification Requirements

Short multiple choice exams will follow each lecture. After satisfactory completion of the course, participants will be awarded a certificate. The certificate will list the subjects passed with a score of 70% or greater.
