Process Description

Please provide a detailed description on how you produce your product.
Here is an example:
Jars and lids are sterilized by heating in boiling water(212F) for 20 minutes. While jars are being sterilized, cucumbers are sliced lengthwise. A brine of water, vinegar and salt is prepared and boiled for 10 minutes. One tsp. of granulated garlic is added to each jar and the jars are filled with the cucumbers and hot brine. Lids and bands are placed on the jars and gently tightened. The jars are heated for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath. Once the jars have cooled, they are checked to assure they have sealed.

  • In the first blank please provide the exact name for each ingredient in your formula (recipe) Be as specific as possible.
  • If you use any brand name products, provide the brand of that product in the second box. For example, if you use commercial crushed tomatoes, you would put "crushed tomatoes" in the first box and "Hunt's" in the second box. If no brand name products are used, leave this box blank.
  • In the third box identify the amount of the ingredient used and in the last box, the select the units of measure for this amount from the list provided. Please note: for accuracy, amounts must be provided as weights (grams, wt. ounces, etc.) rather than as volumes (teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, etc.)
